As founder and owner of Hadley Management & Investment, Carol is a licensed real estate broker and has been handling the management and operations of multi-family housing since 1972. She also is an accredited Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Property Management Supervisor through the National Apartment Association. Active in the community,
Carol has served as an executive board member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and as secretary-treasurer of the Affordable Housing Management Association. _She is also a member of the Denver Board of Realtors.
