President Carol Hadley launched her property management career in 1972 as the on-site manager of a 300-unit apartment community in North Denver. In just
nine months, Carol took this apartment community from 8% occupancy to nearly 100% occupancy. Hadley's personalized management style was soon in high demand. In 1984, Hadley joined forces with Lee Mendel, a Denver-based real estate professional and successful apartment developer to oversee his real
estate portfolio. They formed Hadley-Mendel Management Co., LLC. In 2007, Lee retired and Carol took sole ownership, forming Hadley Management & Investment CO., LLC.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Carol Hadley has weathered the
boom and bust cycles of the Denver real estate market with determination and innovation, serving as a mentor and a guide to her committed and professional staff. Through her career, she has been an active member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver, serving on the Executive Board, Educational and Legislative Committees. Hadley Management & Investment Co, LLC is a member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD), Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA), and Denver Board of Realtors.
